Why doesn't the name match mine?

You're most likely experiencing an IP conflict. This is caused because another person with the same IP as you was banned. To resolve this issue, please restart your router.

Why am I still banned after appealing?

Please wait for our PAM to review your appeal. When your appeal has a response, you will receive an email explaining the status of your appeal.

How long until I get unbanned?

It may take up to 7 days for our PAM to review your appeal. You won't be able to create another appeal until your previous appeal has been reviewed. Please be patient and do not ask a staff member to review your appeal.
